Why we’re building it
For anyone who enjoys short, simple arcade sessions with one-finger control.
The original game was built in 2014. Its central idea remains easy to understand: keep a ball inside a moving line. The old technical base and interface need a complete rebuild for current devices.
We are rebuilding The Line Ball around that same direct interaction, with new artwork, smooth procedural curves, instant pause and optional ways to play. Classic pursues a personal best; Zen leaves room to drift; the daily track gives a shared challenge without a ranking server.
Play a quick classic run, collect a few sparks and try the same daily line again later. When you want a quieter session, switch to Zen and keep going without crashes.
A little focus, one more curve, another chance. The original Line Ball is being rebuilt for modern iPhone and iPad, keeping its one-finger idea and giving everything around it a fresh start.
Drag anywhere on the track to steer left or right. Stay inside the edges as curves get faster and narrower. Lift your finger to pause immediately.
Everyone gets the same daily track, changing at midnight UTC. Reach 200 to earn 25 sparks once per day. Daily runs do not allow continues.
Choose a wider, forgiving track without crashes. Just steer, drift and collect sparks at your own pace.
Collect golden sparks while playing and spend them on six ball styles. Sound and haptics are optional. The new interface supports English and Spanish.
Scores and styles are local to the device. There is no cloud account or online ranking. Ad availability depends on your connection and consent; missing ads never prevent a fresh run. The website does not sell or distribute app binaries.
Edition 2.0 preparing for release
The original The Line Ball Game is available on the App Store. The new edition is named Line Ball: Flow Arcade in App Store Connect. Edition 2.0 is being prepared and has not yet been approved or released. Images on this page show the new development build, not the currently published 2014 edition.
A free game with occasional ads between runs and an optional video for one classic-mode continue. The existing permanent Remove Ads purchase is retained and restorable. In 2.0 it also gives one instant continue per classic run. No subscription or paid sparks. New monetization behavior is pending the 2.0 release; prices are shown by Apple in your currency.
