Scope of this notice

This notice describes edition 2.0, currently in development. The existing App Store listing still serves the earlier edition. The rebuilt app has no game account, custom analytics service or developer-operated gameplay server.

Your game, on your device

Best scores, daily results, earned sparks, unlocked styles, play statistics and settings are stored locally in the app. The previous best score is migrated where present. Removing the app removes local progress. Device backups are governed by your Apple settings; restoring a purchase does not restore game progress.

Advertising and consent

The free edition integrates Google AdMob. Ad delivery and measurement may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device information or identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostics, including fraud-prevention signals. The app requests non-personalized ads and does not request ATT tracking permission or read IDFA. Non-personalized advertising can still involve personal data. Google UMP collects consent choices where required before ad requests; applicable privacy choices remain accessible in Settings. If ads or consent are unavailable, play remains available. Buying ad removal stops all ads.

Purchases through Apple

Apple processes payment and provides signed transaction and entitlement information for the existing non-consumable Remove Ads product. The app verifies it with StoreKit and supports restoration. We do not receive card details. Apple applies its own privacy practices.

Sharing and support

Sharing a score opens the system share sheet with a score and the public App Store link. You choose whether and where to send it. Contacting hello@nucleo.build shares only the message and attachments you choose to send. No saved progress or diagnostics are attached automatically.

Your choices and provider information

Change sound and haptics in Settings, use ad privacy choices when available, restore purchases, or remove the app to delete local progress. Google explains its advertising data practices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads and Apple at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. For access, correction or deletion of a support conversation, contact hello@nucleo.build. We do not operate a central store of your game progress.
