This website
nucleo.build presents NÚCLEO products and app development services. It has no forms, accounts, payments, analytics, advertising pixels or resources loaded from third-party font services or networks. Images and fonts are served here. Its code does not set cookies or save information in browser storage.
Delivering the website
The server receives technical data needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Hosting may generate access and error logs to operate and protect the service. This is separate from the local data stored by the apps.
When you contact us
When you email hello@nucleo.build, we receive your address, message and any attachments to handle your inquiry, support request or app idea. The project brief in an email link is only a draft for you to complete and send using your email app; this website does not submit it. Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. You can use the same address to request access to, correction of or deletion of your correspondence.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Hetzner. Contact email uses Forward Email to forward messages to a Google/Gmail mailbox managed by the person responsible for these projects. Messages and attachments may be retained in that mailbox. These providers may process information needed to provide their services; their policies describe their practices.
Data in the apps
Each app has its own privacy notice below. Rehearsal, game, collection and practice records are stored locally in the documented versions. Emailing a file to us shares that content with us; you do not need to attach your library to make an initial inquiry.
External links
Email links open your usual email app. If you follow a link to another service, that provider’s privacy practices apply. This website does not embed advertising or tracking from those services.
Changes
The review date identifies the scope of this notice. New synchronization, purchases or external services require updated privacy information.
