Scope and local progress

This notice describes the Skybound 2.0 candidate, without claiming public release. Scores, seeds, birds, milestones and settings are saved locally, with a previous local snapshot for recovery and migration of the original best score where present. No separate game account, developer analytics backend or Game Center service is used. The game does not request your name, email, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone. Apple device backups follow your settings; deleting the app may remove local progress.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free edition integrates Google AdMob interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, app/device identifiers, ad and product interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising can still involve personal data. Publisher personalization and publisher first-party IDs are disabled; no ATT prompt is requested. Google UMP checks required consent before eligible ad requests and exposes applicable privacy choices in Settings. Full Unlock suppresses all advertising.

Apple purchases and restoration

Apple processes Full Unlock payment, signed transaction verification and restoration. The app uses verified StoreKit entitlements; NÚCLEO receives no payment-card data and has no transaction backend. Restore Purchases uses the same Apple Account. Purchase access and local game progress are separate. Production purchase availability remains pending.

Audience and device choices

The game is intended for a general audience and does not ask for a player identity. Ad content uses Google’s general-audience maximum rating. Families can manage purchases through Apple device and family settings. Sound, music, haptics and reduced motion are controlled locally.

Support, deletion and external services

Emailing hello@nucleo.build sends only the message and attachments you choose; game progress and diagnostics are not attached automatically. Avoid sensitive information. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. Delete the app to remove local data, manage Apple data through Apple settings and use applicable advertising privacy choices in the game. Opening provider or support websites connects to those services and their privacy practices. This website uses ordinary hosting/security logs and adds no advertising or analytics cookies.
