Why we’re building it

Plan a small path.
Watch a garden wake.

For people who enjoy short logic and precision puzzles, with room to pause, think and revise.

A short puzzle needs a clear goal and a meaningful choice. Limited wind, dew to collect and obstacles to read create a compact planning challenge; free retries let you explore another route.

We are building Petal Current around drawn wind and luminous seeds. The aim is a small authored campaign where route planning and release timing work together, with original botanical art and local progress.

A practical example

Draw around a thorn island, follow the dew and wait for a shutter to open. Release the seed, watch the result, then shorten the route or adjust its timing to seek another petal.

Draw paths. Wake tiny gardens.

Plan with your finger, collect dew and bring a garden to life. Short authored puzzles let you revise a route, undo a ribbon and try again, with local progress and no game account.

Draw before you release

Use up to three wind ribbons within a limited wind budget. Start at the gold seed, connect a route through the dew and release it toward the flower. Undo or clear a plan before trying again.

Twenty-four gardens, four chapters

The campaign moves from thorn islands to vortices, timed shutters and combined challenges. Every garden can be opened through free campaign progress; Full Unlock opens them immediately.

A little precision, three petals

Bloom a garden, collect more dew and use less wind to improve its petal result. Retries are free, and your best campaign result stays on the device.

A shared garden each day

The daily challenge rotates through the authored gardens at midnight UTC. Everyone gets the same garden that day; local daily results stay separate from the campaign. There is no online leaderboard.

A hint when you need another route

The first three gardens include free route hints. Later hints can use an optional video when available; the current build also offers a hint when no rewarded ad is ready, including offline. Full Unlock includes unlimited hints.

Pause, adjust and return

Pause a flowing seed or return to planning. Sound, haptics and reduced motion are adjusted locally. Ordinary play works offline without an account or developer cloud backend.

What to keep in mind.

Ordinary play, garden results and settings work offline. Ads, purchases and restoration depend on connectivity, provider availability and applicable consent. Deleting the app may remove local records. Apple purchase restoration restores access separately from garden progress; earlier-edition records remain stored separately.

Update 2.1 in preparation

Project status.

Petal Current is the next update in preparation. Version 2.1 is in preparation; Apple approval and public release remain pending. The existing historical App Store edition is a different game. This website offers information and support, without a download of the new update.

The planned model is a free campaign with capped AdMob ads between attempts and optional video hints. All campaign gardens can be earned through play. One non-consumable Full Unlock removes all advertising, opens every garden immediately and provides unlimited route hints. No subscription or paid currency. The planned US base price is US$3.99; Apple displays the local price before purchase. The update, production purchases and live advertising remain pending validation and public release.

Frequently asked
questions.

Can I download Petal Current 2.1?

The next update is in preparation. Apple approval and public availability remain pending; the historical App Store edition is a different game.

How do I play?

Draw up to three wind ribbons from the gold seed, collect the required dew and reach the flower. Release when the route and timing look right. Undo, clear, pause and retry are available; retries cost no lives or currency.

How do I open all 24 gardens?

Bloom each garden to open the next in the free campaign. There are four chapters. Full Unlock gives immediate access; every campaign garden remains earnable without that purchase.

What is the daily garden?

At midnight UTC another authored garden is selected for the shared challenge. Its local results stay separate from the campaign. This is a rotation, without a new procedurally generated level or online competition.

What does Full Unlock include?

One non-consumable purchase removes all ads, opens every garden immediately and gives unlimited route hints. The planned US base price is US$3.99, with no subscription. Apple displays localized pricing. The update and production purchase availability remain pending.

Do I need a video to retry or get a hint?

Retries are free. The first three gardens have free hints. Later hints can offer an optional video when ready; if no rewarded ad is available, including offline, the current build shows the hint without one. Full Unlock removes all advertising and provides unlimited hints.

When can an interstitial appear?

Only between attempts, after at least five transitions and 150 seconds of introductory play, with at least 150 seconds between ads. Consent and availability apply. No ad is shown during active seed movement.

How do I restore access or keep progress?

Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Restoring access is separate from local petals and daily results. Ordinary play is offline; purchase and restoration need Apple connectivity. Earlier-edition records remain separately stored. App deletion and Apple backup settings can affect local saves.

How can I get help?

Open Settings for sound, haptics, reduced motion and applicable advertising privacy choices. Email hello@nucleo.build with the version, device model and problem. Hide personal details in screenshots; do not send passwords or payment-card information. Apple handles billing and refunds.
