Why we’re building it

A little rhythm.
One more opening.

For people who enjoy short, approachable arcade sessions with one-tap control.

A familiar tap-to-fly idea needs responsive controls and a clear reason to return. Local bests, a shared daily course and cosmetic progression give each short run a purpose without requiring a player account for ordinary play.

We are rebuilding Flappy Chameleon around Kiwi and an original rainforest world, keeping the immediate tap rhythm while adding a daily trail, personal progression and adjustable sound, haptics and motion. The new edition has been submitted for Apple review.

A practical example

Try a classic run, collect leaves from a few centred passes and pause when you need to stop. Later, return to the day’s shared trail or choose a different cosmetic colour; every chameleon jumps the same way.

Little jumps. Wild adventures.

A small arcade adventure built around a simple rhythm: tap to rise, release to fall and give the next opening another try. Keep your personal best, meet new colours and return for a shared daily course.

Find your rhythm

Tap in the play area to jump and stop tapping to fall. Clear the bamboo openings, avoid the canopy and ground, and pause when you need a breather.

A trail each day

The daily course changes at midnight UTC and is shared by everyone that day. Reach its target for a once-daily leaf bonus. Daily runs do not allow rescues.

Collect your colours

Earn leaves from gates, perfect passes and fireflies. Unlock cosmetic chameleons with identical gameplay abilities; colours do not make jumps easier.

Keep your own journey

Personal bests, leaves, colours, settings and progression are stored on your device. Normal gameplay works offline without a player account.

Choose your atmosphere

Adjust sound effects, jungle ambience, gentle vibrations and reduced motion in Settings.

An optional leaderboard

Choose to open Apple Game Center when you want an online leaderboard. Eligible classic scores before rescue can be submitted after authentication; signing in is optional.

What to keep in mind.

Ordinary play works offline. Advertising, purchases, restoration and Game Center depend on connectivity, external services and availability. The new edition and its monetization remain pending approval and validation. Local progress can be lost when the app is removed; an Apple purchase restoration does not restore leaves or scores.

Project status.

The rebuilt 2.0.0 (20002) edition and Jungle Pass have been submitted together to Apple and are Waiting for Review. It has not been approved or publicly released. The earlier 1.2.1 edition predates this redesign; the artwork here shows the new candidate. This website does not distribute the app.

The app and Jungle Pass have been submitted together and are awaiting Apple review. The planned free edition includes occasional interstitial ads between runs and an optional rescue video. Jungle Pass is a configured one-time non-consumable that removes automatic ads, unlocks the Sol cosmetic and includes one ad-free rescue per classic run. No subscription or paid leaves are offered. Approval, production purchases and live advertising remain pending; this website offers no purchase, price or download for 2.0.

Frequently asked
questions.

Is the new 2.0 edition available?

Not yet. Build 2.0.0 (20002) and Jungle Pass have been submitted to Apple and are Waiting for Review. Approval and public release are still pending. This website provides product information and support, not a new-edition download.

How do I play?

Tap to rise and stop tapping to fall. Clear each bamboo opening and avoid the bamboo, ground and top canopy. Use the pause button when you need a break.

How do leaves and colours work?

Gates, centred perfect passes and fireflies award leaves. Spend earned leaves on cosmetic chameleons; all colours have the same gameplay abilities.

When does the daily trail change?

At midnight UTC. Everyone gets the same course for that day, with a once-daily target bonus and no rescues. A run started before midnight retains its original course and target.

What is Jungle Pass?

The configured one-time non-consumable removes automatic ads, unlocks Sol and includes an ad-free rescue per classic run. It is not a subscription. The new edition and production purchase availability are still pending; any future price is presented by Apple before purchase.

How do restoration and offline play work?

Ordinary gameplay and local progress work offline. Purchases, restoration, advertising and Game Center need a connection. Restore purchases uses the same Apple Account; it restores access rather than local scores or leaves.

Where are privacy and accessibility controls?

Open Settings for sounds, ambience, vibrations and reduced motion, and for advertising privacy choices when available. Game Center sign-in is optional.

How do I get help?
