Visualize. Recall. Repeat.
A small visual practice lab: break a route into movements, reconstruct their order and keep a record of each completed session.
Practice the sequence
Hide and reveal the steps. In the recall test, choose the next movement; assisted answers are recorded separately.
Review your practice
Save completed sessions and favorites on your device. Each exercise revision keeps its own progress.
Review before importing
JSON packs show their source and rights declaration before they are validated and installed locally.
What to keep in mind.
This is not an official app and it is not affiliated with ARHA. It contains no official patterns, logos or rulebook. The exercises are original demonstrations, not proof of competition readiness. Validating a pack does not establish rights to its content.
