Scope and local progress

This notice describes the 2.0 candidate, not a claim of public release. Scores, leaves, unlocked colours and preferences are stored locally. There is no developer player-account or analytics server. The app does not access contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone. Device backups depend on Apple settings; removing the app may delete local progress.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app integrates Google AdMob interstitial and optional rewarded advertising, with personalization and publisher first-party IDs disabled. Where configured, permitted and available, Google may process IP address and approximate location, device or app-scoped identifiers, impressions and ad interactions, product interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can still involve personal data. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Google UMP obtains required choices before ad requests; applicable privacy options can be reopened from Settings. Jungle Pass removes automatic ads and replaces optional rescue videos with its included rescue.

Apple purchases and Game Center

Apple processes payments, signed purchase verification and restoration for Jungle Pass. The app receives verified entitlements; the developer does not receive card information. Game Center is optional. If you authenticate, eligible classic scores before rescue can be submitted to the existing leaderboard. Apple manages your identity, profile visibility and related data. Purchase and advertising production availability remain pending.

Audience and family settings

The game is intended for a general audience and does not ask for a name, email address or player account. Ad content is configured for Google’s general-audience maximum rating. Families can manage purchases and Game Center through Apple device and family settings.

Support, providers and your choices

Emailing hello@nucleo.build sends the message and attachments you choose to provide; game progress is not attached automatically. Avoid sensitive information. Support correspondence is used as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. Remove the app to delete its local data, manage Apple data in Apple settings and use applicable ad privacy choices in the game. Contact hello@nucleo.build about support data access, correction or deletion. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads for Google’s processing, retention, transfers and controls, and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ for Apple. The website’s own privacy notice covers its hosting logs and email providers; it adds no advertising or analytics cookies.
